3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content published through this service infringes your copyright, please report it using the process below.

Information Required for Reports

The claimant's name and contact email address, whether individual or organization.
Identification of the copyrighted work, such as title and description.
The URL of the allegedly infringing content, such as https://gofiles.uk/download.html?fid=... or https://gofiles.uk/d/....
A statement that the claimant is the rights holder or is authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
A statement that the report is accurate and not false.

4. Removal Procedure

When a valid report is received, the service operator will review the content and take appropriate action, including removal where necessary. Uploaded content is generally deleted automatically after 30 minutes, so reported content may already be unavailable by the time a report is reviewed.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access to this service restricted where technically possible.

6. False Reports

A person who submits a false report may be legally responsible for damages caused by that report. Confirm that you are the rights holder or are properly authorized before submitting a report.

7. Copyright in This Service

The website design, logo, source code, and other content created by the service operator are owned by the service operator.
